Work on Henry High consisted of demolition, construction, repair and modernization on the school campus.

Increment one improvements included the expansion of the existing library, designed to be a central focus in an enclosed courtyard and giving an additional 2,000 square feet of library area.

Increment one also included the remodel of existing science classrooms, ADA upgrades to existing student and staff restrooms, technology upgrades in permanent and portable buildings and installation of directional and informational signage.

Increment two upgrades included certification of site uncertified portable classrooms and one student/staff portable restroom building.
